You are on thin ice! I'm grateful for the warning, I never would have known. This pond is in my neighborhood. And We have seen some cold days. But yesterday was a balmy 40 degrees.
I decided to go outside with the 77 Limited and see how if acted a f/5.6.
Camera: Pentax K1 ( Full frame camera)
Lens: Pentax SMCP-FA 77mm f/1.8 Limited Silver
ISO 100, F/5.6 1/60 Hand Held
I think the background has a pleasant out of focus character without loosing the ability to know what you are looking at. I like the shimmery quality of the bokeh.
The shutter speed is pretty slow for a hand held shot. Especially considering the reduced strength and control of my right side. Even so, the in camera shake reduction did a fantastic job. Below is a detail crop in on part of the sign.
I would love your feedback for ideas on how I could better my posts for this 365 project. Have you shot with this lens or camera? What has your experience been?
